Uusi motivaatio - ja meditaatioryhmä alkaa marraskuussa Werkkolassa. Ryhmänohjaus on englanniksi, mutta kysymyksiä voi esittää suomeksi. Kokewan Jagi on paikalla Werkkolassa meditaatioryhmän aikana.

Chase Martini is a certified meditation instructor from the USA, who uses meditation in his daily life to help deal with his own issues of addiction recovery and mental illness.

In this three part series, he will provide inspiration, information, and basic meditation techniques that can be used in your own life to help you feel more calm and healthy.

  • Session 1: My Path to Peace

A motivational talk, based on Chase's experiences, about overcoming challenges and discovering meditation to live a more peaceful and fulfilling life, with a short breathing exercise at the end.

  • Session 2: Introduction to Meditation

A presentation on what meditation is, the benefits, and how to do it, with a group practice at the end.

  • Session 3: Full Beginners Session

A full 45 minute guided meditation using different techniques that are easy to learn for you to continue on your own meditation journey.

10 people max in Werkkola (mats and refreshments will be provided).

Wearing comfortable clothes is recommended at home and in Werkkola.

Meditation sessions are in English but you can ask questions in Finnish.

We will provide online participation opportunity. Sitting or laying down in a quiet space is recommended during the meditation exercises if you are watching from home. Headphones can be helpful to avoid distractions.
